Refund & Cancellation Policy

Policy governing cancellations, rescheduling, milestone refunds, and deposit terms for professional performance diagnostic engagements.

Last Updated: August 29, 2026

Link Harbor Point Co., Ltd. delivers customized, human-led mobile performance diagnostic audits, trace analyses, and engineering advisory sprints. Because our advisory work involves dedicated engineer allocation, specialized physical hardware reservations in our Bangkok laboratory, and custom trace analysis, the following terms govern all cancellations, rescheduling, and refund requests.

1. Diagnostic Sprint Engagements & Deposits

When you commission an audit (such as the Comprehensive Mobile App Performance Audit, Launch Latency Optimization Diagnostic, or Crash Triage Assessment), a 50% initial deposit is required upon contract execution to reserve our laboratory testbed and schedule engineering time.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

A. Prior to Laboratory Ingestion (Kickoff)

  • Full Refund (Less 5% Administrative Processing Fee): If you cancel the engagement in writing at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled project kickoff and before transmitting application binaries/source symbols.
  • Rescheduling at No Charge: You may reschedule your audit kickoff date up to two times without penalty, provided written notice is given at least 3 business days before the scheduled start date.

B. After Project Kickoff & Work Commenced

  • Work in Progress (Stages 1–3): If cancellation is requested after our engineers have ingested builds and begun baseline trace capture or flamegraph decomposition, the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable to cover dedicated engineering hours expended and device lab time.
  • Delivered Audits (Stages 4–5): Once the draft Diagnostic Report, flamegraphs, or remediation blueprints have been delivered, or once the joint Technical Handover workshop has been conducted, the full contract fee is non-refundable.

3. Non-Refundable Items & Services

The following items are strictly non-refundable:

  • Completed diagnostic reports, flamegraphs, and architecture blueprints.
  • Expedited/rush delivery surcharges requested by the client.
  • Verification review sprints where test harness re-execution has been performed.
  • Custom device procurement fees incurred specifically for legacy or uncommon OEM hardware requested by the client.

4. Refund Eligibility & Defect Resolution

If a client believes that a delivered performance diagnostic fails to meet the explicit scope defined in the mutually executed Statement of Work:

  1. Notice Period: The client must notify Link Harbor Point in writing within 7 business days of receiving the diagnostic report, detailing the specific scope discrepancies.
  2. Cure Period: Link Harbor Point will review the concern and, if warranted, allocate up to 5 additional business days to re-profile the disputed flows or clarify findings at no additional charge.
  3. Partial Refund: If we are unable to fulfill the contracted scope items, a mutually agreed partial refund proportional to the unperformed deliverables will be issued.

5. Refund Request Process & Timelines

To submit a formal cancellation or refund request:

  • Send an email to info@linkharborpoint.click referencing your engagement agreement number, company name, and reason for the request.
  • Evaluation Timeframe: Our operations team in Bangkok will evaluate the request and provide a formal written determination within 3 business days.
  • Processing & Payout: Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days via original wire transfer or electronic payment method.
